SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — It’s no secret that charcuterie boards are all the rage, and the craze doesn’t seem to be going anytime soon. A new concept has opened its doors and residents of the Sandy and Pleasant Grove area can now take a step closer to devouring the tasty and trendy platter.
Graze Craze, a new concept in charcuterie boards and boxes for healthy lunches, office catering and special events, has opened stores at Valley Grove Mall in Pleasant Grove and South Pointe Mall in Sandy.
The concept specializes in clever design, craft plates that feature customizable food displays perfect for grazing, including fruits, vegetables, cheese, gourmet treats, and more.
Each platter is designed by a “grazologist” who is your own charcuterie concierge.
Graze Craze offers free local delivery seven days a week, and the storefront is open for pickups from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
