A three-judge panel is scheduled for Wednesday to hear Pepsi’s legal efforts to overturn a ruling by Judge Lorna Schofield of the Southern District of New York in favor of a nitrobrew startup called Rise Brewing that stopped Pepsi from launching one. ..
