Employee mental health will also continue to dominate attention as we return to work. Adapting and meeting the various challenges that the last year has thrown at us, both personally and professionally, has taught us a lot as a community. Extending support to employees in the form of a safe, stable and sensitive environment has become more important than ever in these times. The new normal has blurred the lines between work and life, pushing work-life balance into the background. Compartmentalisation has become key with the creation of boundaries for work, aided by the flexible workspace model.
